My Account is the section you reach after you log in at www.becrazzy.com – My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details. 
My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on  www.becrazzy.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in the future. 

You can pay for your order on ssgshop.in using the following modes of payment:

  1. Cash on delivery (COD)
  2. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay)
  3. Paytm food wallet will be accepted only for all items.

 

If the order has to be left at the security gate, please continue to pay online via wallets, UPI, net banking, or cards as you are doing now.

If you choose COD as the payment method, you need to pay at the time of delivery when our delivery agent visits us. 

Cash on delivery means that you can pay when your order is delivered at your doorstep. 

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. 

Yes, we do provide coupons to our special customers or privileged customers. Discounts are allowed every time depending upon the seasonal offers and as per terms and conditions of the company.

Once you are done selecting your products and clicking on checkout you will be prompted to select the delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

We have a dedicated team of delivery agents and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures on time delivery. 

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” from there go to the “Addresses” section to change your delivery address.
